: This vodka is one of the few that actually acknowledges it is sweetened. Many actually are sweetened , flavored, or had things added for body and to dumb down some of the alcohol vapors - and if it is under 2% they never have to mention it- food for thought. In any case this one is sweetened with sugar much like Old Tom Gin. After some debate we decided to list it under the regular vodka as it is not flavored in the usual sense (see our reviews of their Black and Raspberry Tea Flavored Vodkas under flavored vodkas as those certainly qualified) as we said many vodkas do sweeten without telling you. Hats off to these guys for honesty.

Four times distilled and all natural - not a lot of other information on this vodka.

Appearance: Crystal clear, no sediment whatsoever. On swirling, it leaves a thin clear coat on the inside of the glass with very uniform scalloping that eventually looks like teardrops. Bright silvery pool in the glass.

First Impression: Somewhat spirity when first opening the bottle. Sweet alcohol smell, somewhat off putting but not terrible.

TasteSweet! And thick almost resinous mouthfeel on the tongue, heavy body, with a crisp, mild bite. A slight warming of alcohol as it goes down the throat, no burn. Sweet sugar mixed with something else- vanilla? Almost a vodka liqueur, very sweet, very thick.

Drinks: Not really sure what to do with it frankly. Anything that calls for vodka/ethanol and simple syrup this is the one bottle solution (literally and figuratively). Works well in tea or coffee - no sugar needed. Could be considered Russian cough and cold medicine - no wait, they already use vodka for that1

Bottle: Clear glass generic bottle. Simple paper labels. Not a lot to describe. Obviously didn't try to fool anyone with a fancy bottle.

Final Thoughts
: What the hell it's cheap enough. Can be mixed with virtually anything that you want to add sweetener and alcohol. This stuff should be extremely popular for Frat Paunch. As a mixologist and cocktailian I personally wouldn't use it - but I think that certain parts of the market would lap this stuff up.
